The allergic reaction is a wrong response of the body to foreign, usually harmless substances. These substances are called allergens. They include for example: pollen, dust, mites, mildews or certain foods. People who are prone to allergies are called atopics.

- Strategies to avoid allergies (house dust mites, pollen, food, pseudoallergens, wasps, bees)
- Local and systemic therapy by medication
- Sublingual and subcutaneous allergen desensitizing treatment
- Anti-IgE treatment
- Supporting ENT surgery as complementary treatment (if indicated)
